Questions from Tinley Park customers
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Showroom visits are by appointment only, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. Please call 708-770-3971 or email info@floordstudio.com to book a time.
Do you deliver to Tinley Park?
Yes. Retail curbside delivery is a flat $300. You can also pick up your order at the Daltile Burr Ridge warehouse or the Daltile Elk Grove Village location.
What works for a basement or mudroom floor?
Porcelain tile is a popular pick for lower levels and busy entries because it stands up to water and heavy wear. Bring your room size and we'll show you options from Daltile and Marazzi.
Can I order samples first?
Yes. Samples are free and ship free to your door, or pick them up free at our Orland Park showroom.
