Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use floordstudio.com or buy from GDW Services, LLC, doing business as Floor'd ("Floor'd," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Prices and quotes

• Prices on our website are shown as “From $X/sq ft.” They are starting prices for tile and can change at any time.
• Price is for tile only. Trim and setting materials are quoted per project.
• Your written quote is the final price for your order. Some items are priced only on a quote.

Payment

Full payment is due when you place your order.

Returns

• Special orders are non-refundable.
• Stock items can be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup. Returns must be full cartons in unopened, resaleable condition.

Pickup and delivery

• Order pickup is at the Daltile Burr Ridge warehouse or the Daltile Elk Grove Village location, not at our Orland Park showroom. Your quote will confirm the pickup location.
• Or choose curbside delivery for $300 within Chicagoland.
• Please inspect your order when it's delivered or picked up, and tell us about any damage right away by emailing info@floordstudio.com or calling 708-770-3971.

Showroom visits are by appointment only, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. Please call 708-770-3971 or email info@floordstudio.com to book a time.

Free samples

Samples are free, up to 5 per request. We ship them free to your door, or you can pick them up free at our Orland Park showroom.

Color and shade variation

Tile and natural stone vary in color, shade and texture. Your tile may look different from a sample, a photo or your screen, and different production lots can vary. Order enough for your whole project from one lot, and check your tile before it's installed.

Material only

Floor'd sells material only. We do not install. You are responsible for having your tile installed by a qualified installer.

Photos

Product and room photos are courtesy of Dal-Tile Distribution, LLC, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, Inc., and are for illustration only.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product or order is limited to the price you paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the date at the top. The terms posted when you place an order apply to that order.
