Samples
Do samples cost anything?
No. Samples are free and ship free to your door, or you can pick them up free at our Orland Park showroom. Up to 5 samples per request.
How do I request samples?
Email info@floordstudio.com with the collections you'd like and your shipping address, or ask for free showroom pickup.
Appointments
Do I need an appointment?
Showroom visits are by appointment only, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. Please call 708-770-3971 or email info@floordstudio.com to book a time.

Quotes & ordering
Do you list prices online?
Yes. Collection and product pages show a starting price for tile, written as “From $X/sq ft.” Price is for tile only. Trim and setting materials are quoted per project. Complete project quotes are free and include tile, trim and setting materials in one price, plus free design help. A few items, such as some natural stone sizes, are priced on your quote.

Delivery & pickup
Do you deliver?
Yes. Retail curbside delivery is a flat $300. You can also pick up your order at the Daltile Burr Ridge warehouse or the Daltile Elk Grove Village location.
Sizes & trim
What sizes are available?
Sizes vary by collection. Each collection page lists its sizes, and we confirm everything on your quote.
Do you carry trim and bullnose?
Trim and bullnose pieces available by quote.

Which brands do you carry?
Floor'd is an authorized Daltile dealer. We carry Daltile and Marazzi tile.
