Everything for the project, nothing extra
Floors, walls and backsplash in one visit.
Choosing a floor for a busy Frankfort house
Kids, pets and muddy boots are hard on a floor. Here's how we help you pick one that holds up and still looks good.
Match the floor to the room
Hard-wearing porcelain for the mudroom and laundry, marble and stone looks for the baths, and wood-look planks for the living spaces.
Wood looks, no wood worries
Wood-look porcelain planks give you the look of plank floors in rooms that see water and heavy traffic.
Bring the samples home
Take samples back to Frankfort and lay them on the floor next to your trim, walls and furniture before you decide.

Questions from Frankfort customers
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Showroom visits are by appointment only, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. Please call 708-770-3971 or email info@floordstudio.com to book a time.
Do you deliver to Frankfort?
Yes. Retail curbside delivery is a flat $300. You can also pick up your order at the Daltile Burr Ridge warehouse or the Daltile Elk Grove Village location.
What floor tile works for a mudroom with pets?
Porcelain tile is the hardest-wearing choice for pets and wet boots, and a textured finish adds grip. Bring a photo of the room and we'll show you options in each from Daltile and Marazzi.
Can I get the look of wood plank floors without wood?
Yes. Wood-look porcelain planks give a plank look and stand up to spills. We'll lay a few out together so you can compare color and plank size.
Can I order samples first?
Yes. Samples are free and ship free to your door, or pick them up free at our Orland Park showroom. Email the collections, colors and sizes you'd like to info@floordstudio.com and we'll ship them free to your door or have them ready for free pickup at our Orland Park showroom. Live with them for a few days before you decide.
Do you work with contractors and builders?
Yes. Builders and contractors are welcome; mention your project when you book.
